I want to return my order, what do I do?
If your order is unwanted, it is ok to change your mind. We will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
- All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a resaleable condition
- Any seals and wrapping must be unbroken
- You notify us within 7 days and return within 14 days
Do I have to pay return postage?
If the item is not as described, you will be refunded in full, including any costs you incur returning it to us.
If you change your mind you will be refunded in full for what you paid, but we will not reimburse return postage costs.
How to return your item to us:
- Contact us using our contact form as soon as possible to let us know you want to return
- Wait for a response from us with our return address details (this will be within 24hours)
- Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
- Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
- Take to your local Post Office
If your order arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible.
