Do I have to create an account?

If you’d prefer not to create an account you can simply checkout as a ‘Guest’- if you decide you’d like to create an account for future use you can do so very quickly and easily by ticking the Create an account box at checkout.

What happens if I’ve forgotten my password?

You can request your password to be reset by clicking the lost your password link on the My Account page. You will then be sent a link via email to reset it.

How can I pay for my order?

We only accept payments made through Paypal; you can still pay with your credit card if you don’t have a Paypal account.

I’ve got a coupon code – how do I redeem it?

If you have a ‘money-off a particular product’ or a general discount coupon, enter the code into the ‘coupon code’ box in your basket, and click apply coupon. The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the relevant product/your order.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

All our orders are sent using Royal Mail’s signed for service. Our standard delivery has an estimated delivery time of  2-3 working days after we dispatch your order. Our expedited delivery service has an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days after we dispatch your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excludes Weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).

What if I am out when the postman tries to deliver?

The postman will leave a ‘something for you’ red card that explains how you can arrange a redelivery or collection from your local sorting office. Royal Mail will keep all items for 18 days before they are returned to us.

Can I send my parcel to an address other than my home address?

Yes – just put your chosen address details in the ‘Deliver to a different address’ section as you checkout.

Does The White Giraffe accept and deliver orders from outside the UK?

Unfortunately we only accept and deliver orders to customers in the UK. However we do hope to be able to offer international delivery to selected worldwide destinations soon.

Can I return an item I have purchased?

You can return any goods within 14 days of receiving your parcel as long as you notify us within 7 days and the items are in a saleable condition, if you are not completely happy with them. Please visit our Returns page for full details.
